WuTao is a dance exercise program that incorporate s Tai Chi, Yoga and other fitness programs that are geared towards toning , stretching and lengthening the muscles. Ima g e from GenerationTao As some one who gets easily bored with redundant fitness routines, incorporating alternative programs such as this, makes working out F.U.N. February 2012 Instagram (IG) Fitness Challenges

There's a new trend of weekly, monthly, yearly fitness challenges being posted on instagram. People commit to the challenges and validate their commitments with pictures of them performing the  workouts.  I think its a great way to spice up your workout. It also allows you to set small measurable goals. Signing up for weekly or monthly challenges seem more feasible than 1 year commitments. Also , for me, seeing pictures of others performing the same tasks makes me think....IF THEY CAN DO IT, I CAN! For 2013, I decided to incorporated more YOGA into my lifestyle. Musculature

You CAN NOT spot reduce FAT But you CAN perform specific exercise to target specific MUSCLE groups.   I use to be  one of those people who though t the only way to "loose" weight or cut down my % body fat was to run aka cardio every day, 24/7.  But now we know that  if you want to burn fat more effectively, you gotta muscle up aka strength training. Cardio still has a role to play in addition with proper nutrition.  None of these elements work alone.  Are you aware of the muscle groups you are working as you exercise? Images are from Prozis
