By this point, 3 months into a quarantine, we have all made different versions of banana bread.
At first I was going to the store to pick up the banana bread flour box but now I consider myself a professional.
I'm proudly making it from scratch and modifying my recipe based on what I already have in the kitchen.
My modifications
1. Using regular flour and adding whatever needs to be
2. using eggs
3. using alternates to regular milk or in some cases not using milk at all.
4. Using over ripped plantains instead of Bananas. I wasn't sold on the taste.
Are you remixing your banana bread?
Or still doing it the traditional way?
And how many times have you made banana bread in the past 3 months?
I feel reluctant to confess my number but if you drop me a comment or email I will confess to you my number.
