In January I did a yoga a day Instagram challenge just to spice up my indoor winter workouts routine.
I love these Instagram challenges because it takes the guess work out of the equation and gives you something to focus on for the month.
By design, its like you're receiving a free exercise program for 30 days.
If you're motivated by competition /completion and doing things as a group on social media, Instagram monthly fitness challenges are a good option
With spring being here, even if it's still snowing in New England, am thinking of transitioning the seasons by doing another Instagram challenge in April.
Something to the tune of April showers bringing May's flowers.
