I came across this on Self Magazine and decided to browse the list to see if I was already consuming some of these winners.
It was also a good way to learn about new healthy products. Eating the same meals all the time in the name of "staying healthy" can be quiet boring. Its good to find out whats out there and mix it up every now and then
