December 1st is World AIDS Day.
I lite a candle and prayed for all the people affected by this disease.
Patients, victims and families.
AIDS has been around for 4 decades.
In Cameroon, the first case was documented in 1985 = 27years ago
People like to associate the disease with Africa.
But even here in the USA, there are many affected by the disease.
I lite a candle especially for victims.
Innocent babies who through no fault of their own contracted AIDS.
Spouses who became sick because their partners stepped outside their marriage.
Victims of rape and sexual abuse
Victims of barbaric cultural practices like the rape of a virgin to cure a man with AIDs.
